Download files or projects
Media items can be downloaded directly from the workspace, and the entire project can be created as a compressed file from the card menu.
Prerequisites
- Projects you can open
- Full download is possible with project owner permission
Download individual media
In the folder view, select the Download button to the right of the sound or video item.
Select text format for full download
When you receive your entire project, choose one format to convert the text items to.
- PDF: Document to read or forward
- DOCX: Document to be subsequently edited in a word processor
- TXT: unformatted text
Create a project ZIP
Selecting Download from the overflow menu of a project you own will collect the folder structure and files and save them as a ZIP.

Select download
On the project card, under More, select Downloads.

Select text format
Choose between PDF, DOCX or TXT.

Check progress
Check the progress window and open the completed ZIP.
