Work together and see in flow
You can check team member activity at the top of your workspace and switch between folder and flow views.
Prerequisites
- Projects you can own or share to open
Check active team members
The top display shows real-time connection status with other team members currently connected to the project.
Confirm workspace changes
Creating, renaming, moving and deleting folders is reflected immediately as you work. Other users' changes are also updated in the open workspace.
Examining the structure with flow
Flows show the connections between folders and items without editing.

Select flow
Select View flows at the top of your workspace.

Structure navigation
Find the location by zooming in/out, moving the screen, and using the minimap.

Change which substructures you want to display as fully expanded or fully collapsed.

To change items, return to folder view.
