Include issue screen, expected result, actual result, and reproduction steps to help faster review.
Prerequisites
- Log in to your GameSound account
- Describe the affected screen and reproduction order
Prepare reproduction details
Record where the issue appeared, environment, browser, and exact steps to reproduce.
Set visibility and submit
Choose error or feature category, enable private mode if needed, then provide title and details.
Check private report visibility
Private reports can be viewed only by the submitting account and administrators.
Track status and answers
Check pending, in progress, resolved, or rejected states and view GameSound replies in the detail page.
